Dr. Hoffman is simply the best around.

I have all my work done by him getting my body back to before baby status and I have never once had a problem.

All his work looks natural (I even went from and A to a D and people still think I haven't had anything done) and he will give you an honest opinion of what he can and can't do.

You will be amazed at the quality of service and care this man and his staff provide.  Shop around and you will see he is the top choice!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hoffman. I have been seeing him for 10 years, and he's done everything from a breast augmentation, Botox, liposuction, and most recently, a tummy tuck, breast lift and liposuction again. I would never, ever, ever go to anyone else. He is an incredibly professional and great surgeon. I got pregnant after my breast augmentation and I was afraid that I may not be able to breast feed, but I was! I breast fed both of my kids for over a year, and my breast were in such great shape that even my OB/GYN was super impressed! He takes a lot of pride in what he does, and his staff could not be any nicer or professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.  Upon meeting with him, you will know that he is the best of the best!

Dr. Hoffman is a wonderful doctor. I had a rhinoplasty (nose job) done over a week ago and I am very happy with my results. He did a great job and it turned out better than what I expected. He is a true artist. I am lucky to have had him as my doctor.

Daryl Hoffman, MD is a true cosmetic surgery artist!  I have had the pleasure of several procedures by Dr. Hoffman. Each time the results have been excellent. I love the new Fraxel machine. The texture and look of my skin appears 20 years younger. I had a mole removed from my face. There is no visible scar. I also had laser liposuction. What a fabulous procedure. Truly cellulite free result.  I'm heading there today to have Botox injections. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Hoffman.

Dr. Hoffman is an amazing plastic surgeon. I had a breast augmentation done this year and they are perfect...love, love love them! He has great bedside manner and always takes his time in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend him.

I am 22, was uncompfortable with my body shape, needed a breast augmentation and Dr. Hoffman changed everything! He was caring, listened to how I felt and went from there. The staff is awesome. Dr. Hoffman really pays attention to your needs and concerns. I would absolutely refer people to his practice. Dr. Hoffman was able to fix a procedure I had done in Jan. 2012. I had much better results after seeing Dr. Hoffman.

I will start out by saying that I tend to be very critical of doctors. I expect a lot. In this case, the doctor actually delivered. I went to his office for a consultation. Dr. Hoffman was bright and informative. He gave me his opinion with no BS and no "sell". I then had smart lipo on the fat under my chin and have been extremely pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend him!

I did research, went to many different consultations. No one satisfied every need, and question better than Dr. Hoffman and his team. I have referred at least a couple others that are now interested in Breast augmentations to him. I did have to pay a bit more, but the quality you cant find any where else.

Dr. Hoffman, and his surgical staff: Jeanette, Maya and Dr. Gaynor (the gas man) are AWESOME!!! They are incredibly sweet, knowledgable, willing to share their personal stories/experiences, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have a MAJOR fear of needles due to my experience with IV's and Dr. Gaynor made sure that I didn't have the same experience and even made me laugh! I told him I had to close my eyes when the needles came out and he joked he would too...LOL! Dr. Hoffman has an AMAZING eye for beauty and aesthetics, and he made sure I was going to be happy with my result. I can say this because he is a competent and confident perfectionist. He told me that I needed minor lipo on my flanks and he did it because he wanted the results to match his high standards! WOW. I will refer him to anyone who asks, and definitely use him again!! I completely trust his skill and judgment. Great experience, and WORTH EVERY PENNY! :)

Professional and experienced. Minimal down time and doctor care is excellent. I recommend Dr. H and he will be my doctor for all procedures I decide to do.

At my most recent botox maintenance I learned about your new cellulite treatment. Thank you so much for introducing me to acoustic wave therapy treatment. I have only had three treatments,and I can already tell the difference. After years of trying exercise and creams I had given up on improving my dimpled skin. Finally I feel like my skin is smooth and will look great for swim suit season. I am planning to sign up for the smart liposuction now, and look forward to some extra trimming and tightening at my problem areas.

Dr. Daryl K. Hoffman is a board-certified plastic surgeon serving the San Jose area. He has more than 20 years of experience in cosmetic plastic surgery and medical spa services. He is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Hoffman got his medical degree at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He completed a 6-year residency in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University Medical Center.

Dr. Hoffman continued his training through a fellowship in cosmetic surgery at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami. He also studied cleft lip and palate at Showa University School of Medicine in Tokyo and hand and microsurgery at the Center for Microvascular Surgery & Replantation at the San Jose Medical Center.
